Freight will be charged on all orders, and will be quoted and confirmed prior to dispatch. Pick up from our showroom also available.
Prices quoted online do not include delivery charges or GST. Likewise, freight charge is not included in your order through the website. Your order receipt will advise you that a sales consultant will contact you with a freight quote. Prior to processing your order online and receiving payment, a sales consultant will advise you delivery fee and check if stock is available.
Freight for larger deliveries, overseas, interstate or regional areas can be quoted competitively upon request.
By default unless arranged otherwise, we will only deliver to street level only. If you require a personalized freight service, such as items through staircase, in a lift or if special delivery method is required and CFM is not informed at an earlier date preceding delivery date, driver may decline delivery and an extra fee may be charged upon you for goods to be redelivered. In this instance, the driver will leave goods in an accessible position if delivery cannot take place.
No goods will be dispatched until paid in full via clear funds (unless account client)
Goods are not insured when they are delivered on behalf of customer by CFM. However, arrangement can be made prior to delivery, and the customer will be charged an extra fee for insurance to be included. If no insurance arrangement is made preceding delivery, CFM will not be responsible if goods are damaged in the course of delivery.
Friendly reminder: Contact your insurance company and enquire about Transit Insurance to check if goods are covered before confirming a delivery job with CFM.
Freight delivery times cannot be guaranteed at a specific time. Extra charges will apply for time specific deliveries.
Friday and weekend orders of any kind will be processed on the reset business trading day.
On average, we aim to delivery goods within 2 business days. However, please allow 2 to 12 days of delivery as we need to take into account how remote your location is. Our sales staff will contact you within 2 days if stock is not available and will arrange other alternatives: updated delivery date or replace goods with a similar product with your approval, and advise of any price differences, plus or minus.
