Load bearing frame, height adjustable feet, hood, tank, washing
and rinsing arms and jets and screws are all made of 304 AISI stainless
steel. Double-walled hood ceiling and tank.Single skin hood. The back of
the machine is completely sealed to prevent infiltration. Easily
removable scrap basket and full-size tank filter prevent food scraps
being reintroduced into the wash cycle. 12-litre atmospheric, insulated
boiler with boiler waiting device. Atmospheric boiler and rinse booster
pump guarantee the constant rinsing water temperature (84°C.)
independent of the the water pressure of the network. Guaranteed Rinse
System (ACTIVE) that automatically prolongs the washing cycle in case
the ideal conditions for sanitization are not yet met. Four wash cycles
that can be programmed. Quick initial heat-up time due to pre-heating of
wash water via boiler. The 3rd cycle can be re-programmed to perform a
longer & hotter rinse for HACCP compliance or a lower temperature
for rinsing crystal glasses. An Air-Break, DVGW approved, prevents water
in the machine being syphoned back into the network as a result of a
sudden drop in mains pressure. Self-cleaning cycle. Electronic board
with digital display incorporating fault diagnosis system, No of cycles
counter and No of drain cycles counter. Pre-arrangement for on-site
HACCP connection. Temperature thermometer indicating both wash &
rinse temperatures and rinse aid dispenser. Pre-arrangement for on-site
connection to an external detergent dispenser. Hourly capacity: 1180
plates - 65 baskets (mm500x500). Supplied with n. 1 basket for plates,
n. 1 basket for bowls, n. 1 basket for glasses, n. 1 set of 8 cutlery
holders.
